Returns & Refunds

All sales are final unless otherwise specified below.

Custom Orders

Custom-made products including custom patterns, colors, and specifications cannot be returned or refunded.

Quality Issues

If quality problems occur (such as obvious defects, incorrect color, or damage), please provide photos or videos within 3 days after receiving goods. We will verify and provide solutions including replacement, re-production, or partial refund.

Non-Quality Issues

Returns or refunds will not be accepted due to personal preference, wrong order placed by the buyer, or market changes.

Refund Processing

Once confirmed, refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days.
