Production will be based on the confirmed sample and specifications. Slight color variations under different lighting conditions are normal and shall not be deemed quality defects.

Production lead time is for reference only. We will notify you in advance if delays occur due to holidays, raw material supply, logistics, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We shall not be held liable for delays or failures in performance caused by natural disasters, wars, government policies, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Customers warrant that custom patterns, designs, or logos provided do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
